This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our platform or engage with our services.

Services We Provide
Delegra provides AI-powered marketing infrastructure for local businesses, including:
- SMS messaging campaigns (review requests, missed call text-back, reactivation campaigns)
- Email marketing and nurture sequences
- Website chatbots for lead capture and customer support
- Social media posting and scheduling
- Performance dashboards and reporting
These services are delivered on behalf of our business clients ("Clients") to their customers and website visitors ("End Users").
Information We Collect
From Business Clients: When a business signs up for Delegra, we collect:
- Business owner name, email address, and phone number
- Business name, website URL, and industry
- Billing information (processed securely through our payment processor)
From End Users (on behalf of Clients): Through the services we operate for our Clients, we may collect:
- Customer phone numbers submitted for SMS communications (review requests, missed call text-back, reactivation campaigns)
- Email addresses for nurture and follow-up sequences
- Chat interactions with website chatbots, including messages and contact details voluntarily submitted
- Behavioral data from website interactions with chatbot widgets (pages visited, time on site, chat session content)
Automatically Collected: We may automatically collect standard web server logs, IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs for security and platform diagnostics.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Deliver, operate, and improve Delegra's marketing automation services
- Send SMS and email communications on behalf of Clients to their opted-in customers
- Power AI-driven chatbot responses and lead qualification workflows
- Generate performance reports and analytics dashboards for Clients
- Process billing and manage Client accounts
- Comply with legal obligations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable carrier guidelines
- Respond to Client support requests and inquiries
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance
End users who receive SMS messages from a Delegra-powered business may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP message, the phone number is immediately removed from all active SMS campaigns for that business.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on business settings and opt-in type. For help, end users may reply HELP to any message.
Delegra does not share phone numbers collected for SMS campaigns with other businesses or third parties except as required by law or to operate the messaging infrastructure (e.g., transmission via Twilio).
Third-Party Services
Delegra uses the following third-party services to deliver its platform. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Twilio — SMS message delivery and phone number management
- SendGrid — Email delivery infrastructure
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing for chatbot responses, lead qualification, and content generation
- Make.com — Automation workflow orchestration
- Buffer — Social media post scheduling and publishing
- Cal.com — Appointment scheduling
- Google Sheets — Structured data storage for certain automation workflows
- Netlify — Website hosting and form handling
We only share personal information with these providers to the extent necessary to provide the requested services, and we require that they maintain appropriate security standards.
Data Retention
We retain Client account data and associated End User data for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation of a Client's subscription, we will delete or anonymize all associated personal data within 30 days of cancellation, upon written request to cannon@delegra.io.
Certain data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., billing records, legal holds) or for fraud prevention purposes. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and monitoring of our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

- Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out — Opt out of the sale of your personal information. Delegra does not sell personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses minimal cookies to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode) and to support form submissions through Netlify. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Children's Privacy
Delegra's services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
